2022 VENDOR APPLICATION
Want to be a vendor? Currently there are no plans for 2023, join the mailing list to get the latest update on vending opportunities!
Booth space are 10′ x 10′, vendors have to bring their own tents, and 30lb weight/per leg to hold the tent down, electricity will NOT be provided. We prioritize BIPOC vendors, but all are welcome to apply. The fee is $30/$50 per event. Please review The Night Market Vendor Handbook & Contract before applying. You can email YAY@NightMarketMN.com if you have any additional questions, and read THIS if you want to sell food.
I WANT TO SELL FOOOOOD!
- Are you planning on prepping everything on-site?
If yes: What equipment will you be using? Do you require electricity or use propane/charcoal? (No electricity on site, you will need a generator if electricity is required)
If no: Do you have a licensed commercial kitchen where you can prep in?
- Do you have proper Food Permit? Food permit is required for the event. With “Special event stand”, you will be allowed to cook and prep everything on-site & serve to customers. You can learn more about the permit HERE, or consider selling Cottage Foods instead. (The relevant category is “Food stands and mobile food units (MFUs).)

- Will you be able to service 500 portions to attendees if applying for the event on 9/10?
